I bought a set of these glasses at the Ideal Home Show recently. They arrived quickly and are lovely. On the second washing the bowl of one of them snapped in my hand! I was following the instructions to the letter too. I emailed on 27th April explaining what had happened but have received no reply. Junk folder maybe? Hopefully this review will kick-start some action.
