1. What is your returns policy?
We allow returns for any item, provided it is still within its original packaging, unused and the return has been started within 30 days of your order date. Please use the self-serve returns service within your customer account. This can be accessed via the following URL https://account.mnyglassware.com
The fee for the return label will be deducted from your refund amount when processed.
2. What countries do you ship to?
We ship to more than 220 countries internationally. We have made it simple and more cost effective for you by setting up flat shipping rates per region. We have done this so that here are no nasty surprises at the checkout. We want all of our customers around the world to be able to enjoy our products at as low a cost as possible and so we are sharing the costs with you!

4. Can I cancel an order?
Yes! Our orders are fulfilled within 48 hours. If you need to cancel your order, simply email us within 24 hours of placing your order with your order ID. If your order has not been fulfilled, we will cancel your order and process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your funds to appear on your account. This is to accommodate your payment method.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait to receive your order and follow our returns process.
5. Can I put my glassware in the dishwasher?
No, we do not recommend putting the glasses in the dishwasher. Crystal glasses are more durable than regular glass, but they are also more delicate because they do not like hot temperatures. If there is a glassware setting on your dishwasher then it may be used, but at your own risk.

7. What wine can I use my glasses for?
Our Icons of Chemistry range has been designed to be used for any type of wine. The bowls are large enough to accommodate swirling and aeration of red or full-bodied white wines, but they are also narrow enough to preserve the aromas and flavours of regular whites or rosè’s. Each glass has been carefully curated in this range to allow for you to choose the glass that best fits your aesthetic and style and most importantly, your beverage of choice.
8. What should I expect from my glassware?
You can expect the glasses to arrive in a large gift box with cushioning inside that has been designed to hold the exact shape of the glass you are purchasing. The glasses themselves have large bowls, with thin long stems and thin rims. They have also been designed to be of a lighter weight than most glasses to allow for a more comfortable weight for you when holding the glass with a beverage.
9. What’s the best way for me to store my glasses?
We recommend string your glasses in a cool dry cupboard. The do fit in a standard size kitchen wall unit with a width of 600mmm, height of 720mm and depth of 320mm. Please bear in mind however, that the gasses are larger than most so you may need to move a shelf up or down to accommodate the height of the glasses.
10. How do I make sure my glasses stay sparkling clean?
Please follow the steps outlined in our product care page. As these are crystal glasses, they simply need to be cleaned with a cloth or soft sponge with warm soapy water. For the best results, please use a lint free microfibre cloth. This can be used immediately after washing, when glasses are wet and will ensure that there are no water marks or fluff left behind on the glass and the crystal glasses, high refraction qualities will shine the brightest.
11. Can I pay in instalments?
Yes! We are happy to announce that we now have Klarna enabled for all purchases. You will be able to pay now, pay later or pay in three instalments. To use this simply select the option at the checkout and follow the instructions with the Klarna integration.
